This policy explains how TradeAssist, a sole proprietorship based in Florida ("TradeAssist," "we," "us") collects and uses information through tradeassist.trade, our demo phone line, and our services.

Information we collect

Demo requests: your name, email address, phone number, and type of business when you fill out our form.
Free resource signups: your email address, and your first name and trade if you choose to give them, when you sign up for a free resource such as our call scripts.
Calls and chats: when you call our demo line or use the website chat, the conversation may be recorded and transcribed by our AI provider so the assistant can respond and so we can improve the service.
Basic site data: standard information your browser sends, such as pages visited and device type.

How we use it

To contact you about the demo you requested.
To provide, operate, and improve TradeAssist.
To send the free resources you sign up for and occasional emails with tips for running your business. You can ask to be removed at any time by replying to any email or writing to hello@tradeassist.trade.
To send text messages you have agreed to receive (see below).

Text messages (SMS)

If you check the consent box on our form, we may text you about your demo. Message frequency varies. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time, or HELP for help.

We do not sell, rent, or share your mobile phone number or text-messaging consent with third parties or affiliates for their marketing purposes.

Who we share information with

We share information only with service providers that help us run TradeAssist (for example, our AI voice/chat provider, form provider, and website host), and only as needed to provide the service, or when required by law.

Your choices

You can ask us to access, correct, or delete your information by emailing hello@tradeassist.trade.
