Terms of Service

These terms apply to your use of tradeassist.trade and the TradeAssist service provided by TradeAssist, a sole proprietorship based in Florida ("TradeAssist," "we," "us").

The service

TradeAssist provides an AI assistant that answers calls and, depending on your plan, website chats and SMS follow-up for your business. Features vary by plan as described on our pricing section.

Plans, billing, and cancellation

Plans are billed monthly, month-to-month. You can cancel anytime; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
A 14-day free trial begins after your setup call. When the trial ends, you can choose a plan to keep going or cancel. You won't be charged unless you choose a plan.
Calls and chats are included under fair-use limits. If your usage is far above what's typical for your plan, we'll contact you to talk through options before anything changes. Carrier rates may apply to text messages.

Your responsibilities

Provide accurate business information so the assistant can represent you correctly.
Have consent where required to text or call your customers, and follow applicable laws (including telemarketing and texting rules).
Review appointments and messages the assistant captures. The AI can make mistakes.

No guarantee of results

We work to make TradeAssist reliable, but we don't guarantee any specific number of calls answered, jobs booked, or revenue, or that the service will be uninterrupted.

Limitation of liability

To the extent allowed by law, TradeAssist is not liable for indirect or lost-profit damages, such as missed jobs, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida.
